Dr. Saptarshi Ghosh, a distinguished academic in Library and Information Science, completed his M.A. and M.L.I.Sc. from Jadavpur University with first division, securing top positions in his class. He earned his Ph.D. from the same institution before joining the University of North Bengal (NBU) as a faculty member in 2001. Since then, he has contributed significantly to the field through numerous internationally recognized publications.
